Our promise to you our family:

At Bella Pottery our highly trained & experienced staff will show you simple techniques to insure you will have fun while creating your own work of art & wonderful memories. We provide everything you need… professional tools, paints, & accessories. All you have to do is choose the pottery selection from hundreds of fun & interesting selections. If we don’t have what you want we will custom order it for you at no additional charge & the best part of all: we guarantee you will be satisfied with your finished pottery! If not, we will give you a like piece at no cost, and help you get the desired look you want. 

Pictures on Pottery:

We have been experimenting for several weeks now and we are ready to reveal this awesome new technique for personalizing your pottery.

First, chose your photo. This technique is great for birthday presents, memories for grandparents, graduation gifts, wedding showers...or anything else you can think of.

Second, put the photo in black & white format and e-mail to potterybella@gmail.com. The finished photo is not black & white but instead a Sepia tone photograph.

Next, chose your piece of pottery and add $10 to the cost of the pottery to cover the cost of processing the photo. The area on the pottery where the photo is to be placed has to be painted white. Depending on what other painting you wish to do to your piece, we will work with you to decide what parts should be painted during what stages of the process. Please consult with us on your vision for your design before you start. 

We are excited to help you create some beautiful pieces with photos and memories that will last a lifetime.

Upcoming Classes:

Wet Clay Hand-building class for Adults coming in June!!! The class will take place Friday, June 21st from 7-9pm. The cost will be $30 per person and includes your portion of clay, the instruction and guidance of local artist Anna Ferrin, and the firing of your pieces in our kiln. This is a hand-building class. We do not have pottery wheels, so you will be constructing the pieces of your choice by hand. Don't worry...Anna will be there to assist you! After the pieces are done, we will have to let them air dry before we fire them, so please allow time for this process. We will contact you within a few weeks when your pottery is ready! At that time, you can choose to paint your piece(s), then we would clear glaze them and fire a second time. Feel free to bring snacks and adult beverages, as every Friday night is our b.y.o.b. night! WE MUST HAVE INTEREST IN THIS CLASS OR IT WILL BE CANCELLED...so please let us know if you would like to attend and register as soon as possible.

Pottery Painting Technique classes starting in July! We've decided to put together a class every month, starting in July, to show you some of the fun techniques that you can use to create interesting and beautiful results on your pottery! Each class will be $30 per person. We'll start out on Friday, July 19th, 7-9 pm, with a class on a marbeling effect using...shaving cream! 

Friday, August 16th, 7-9 pm: Painting with Lace

Friday, September 20th, 7-9pm: The Bubble Effect

Friday, October 18th, 7-9pm: Using Yarn and String

Friday, November 15th, 7-9pm: Texture with Cheesecloth
